Challenge: WRG approached us whilst undergoing a management change. During this change, WRG had exciting ambitions to undergo a complete rebrand yet had no marketing expertise or direction. They wanted an identity which looked more modern and was supported by a strong online and offline marketing presence with a new website, brochure and social media activity.

Step 1: Discovery Session & Strategic Planning

We started the engagement with WRG with a Discovery Session at their offices and factory. This session allowed us to get a true feeling of the company and the team and sparked a series of questions to identify their opportunities. We delved into their goals, strengths and weaknesses, target audience, and the industry as a whole.

Step 2: Branding

To begin, we created a set of Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency in their identity moving forward. From this, we created a 24-page positioning brochure. From this, the new WRG brand was born.

We also created branded social media templates and datasheets to ensure all their collateral was aligned.


Step 3: Website design and development

A new and fresh brochure-style website was crucial to successfully launch the new brand identity for WRG. The was designed to showcase the capabilities of WRG, but also act as a useful resource area for their trade customers. We designed a hub to host the latest datasheets which will be updated on an ongoing basis with installation guides and more.

We designed and built their new website and drafted the content for each page. We managed the website ‘Go Live’ process, including redirects and post-live checks.

Step 4: Marketing Plan

Once the brand was enhanced, the website was live and brochures were printed, we developed an all-encompassing marketing strategy and a rolling 6-month marketing plan with monthly meetings and reports. This includes:

Step 5: Ongoing support

On a monthly basis, we work closely with WRG, acting as their Marketing Manager, supporting them with their ongoing social media management, graphic design for online and offline materials, website management, monthly emailer and industry article, as well as strategic advice.
